A dream to have our own business is really great. I would like to share my feelings and experience to have a better understanding.... "NINE out of TEN business go broke in first 12 months" The basic reason is Living on hope rather than living on reality   in our country we are more depend on small venture. We should work on projection and what is result from the activity. Do not count your excuse and justify yourself for any failure It is your business and do hard to achieve the projected target. Get rid of HOPE work on reality and you are looking good. We can not do great thing but can do a small thing in great way. The success is mind set and once you decide to have it, it belong to you...A failure is lessons and first step of success hence do not quit. The secret of success in business is to control you overhead and process wastage. The process wastage is real bottleneck and the only factor to increase in cost of manufacturing hence focus on this issue and accelerate your turnover you will  change the class and rid on success......
