- Assess the need of change
The change in any shape is not acceptable to any one whether in form of work environment and others. The habit is key constrain. The attitude of human being is nothing but reflection of its habit. We recognized person by its habits and give some identification mark this is a natural process. To change a habit is bit difficult. We even not accept the changes which is good to our life and body like “Helpmate made compulsory by RTO office” to implement this rule we have certain resistance.
- Assess the result of change
We need to assess the results of change. The results is only acid test for any activity. The results are positive if it meet the desired result and if not than it need to be reviewed.
3.Assess the Process
We need to assess the process also since everything comes from process and if our process become more complicated and we should avoid the same. The purposes of any decision to smooth the process and not to made the same complicated.
4.Assess the cost implication
The change should be reviewed in light cost implication the purposes to reduced the cost should not led the increase in cost at end so it is needed to have re assessment.
5. Assess to be a competitive in our filed
To day the need is not only to be competitive but also to be good in quality. The decision directly affects the competitiveness of product or service hence the prime objective to be remain competitive to be kept in mind before you doe any change in process.
- Can you do without it
Always be honest with your self can you do without it? And try you level best to find the answer and once you conclude that without the change you can not make it than put you all effort and implement you decision into line of action and
